What do I do if I'm from the EU (outside the UK) and don't have a VAT Number?

If you're purchasing on behalf of an European Union based (outside the UK) company or educational institution, you will have a VAT number. Firms that do not have a VAT number, are subject to a VAT charge. If you believe this situation applies to your order, please contact us and we can take payment for the order via phone.

I'm not sure if my payment has gone through.

Sometimes a failure can happen with WorldPay, where it doesn't direct you back to our site. We apologise for this, but unfortunately this is outside of our control. If you have been charged, you will have received an e-mail from us which is sent automatically when payment is made. If you haven't received this, get in touch and we will sort this out for you.

When will I receive my order?

If we have the required Alumina or Zirconia crucibles or parts in stock, we dispatch the item the following day upon receiving the order via TNT. If the item is out of stock, we usually have approximately a week's lead time depending on the quantity required.
